Returns Policy
 
it is important that items are in best possible conditions when returned.
 
Cancellations
 
If you change your mind about your order, you can cancel prior to delivery by e-mailing service@loponline.com or calling +2347042753689 to cancel. You will not incur any charges if this is done before delivery.
 
Dissatisfaction
 
If you are not satisfied for any reason with goods ordered on loponline.com you can return your products as long as:-
  • You contact customer support within 48hours of delivery.
  • You have proof of purchase [order number, delivery note, and invoice]
  • The goods must be in as ‘NEW’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging along with the accessories and free gift received with it, if there’s any.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • All sealed items must not be opened yet.
Manufacturer Fault
 
If your product arrives damaged or you were delivered the wrong product, we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase as long as you contact customer support within:-
  • 7 days for fashion products.
  • 3 days after delivery for general merchandise.
  • If you have proof of purchase [order number, delivery note, and invoice]
  • You have one week from day of delivery to return your order, the cost of return will be refunded after your return has been processed.

Return Logistics
 
If you are located in lagos- please contact our customer support team by e-mailing delivery@loponline.com or call +2347042753689 to arrange for a LOP pick up.
If you are located outside lagos- you will need to send goods back to LOP using DHL. You will need to contact LOP before return. LOP will notify DHL and then you will drop the goods of at DHL office.
All returns should be addressed to: - return manager 25c kofo abayomi street Victoria island lagos Nigeria.
 
Return Approval
 
All return are subject to inspection and approval by LOP quality control, returns that do not pass our quality check will be rejected and the shipment cost will not be refunded to the consumer.
 
Refund
 
If you have already paid for the cash we will refund the full cost of it by transferring the entire amount to your account.
If the items are paid for by card the refund will be only directly to the card used for purchase.
The shipping will be free if a return is due to manufacturers fault or incorrect delivery. Otherwise, you will need to pay for the cost of shipping goods back to LOP. The period of refund will not exceed 10 working days starting from day of receipt of returned goods.
