As it is our policy to try to process orders immediately, it may not always be possible to stop an order from being shipped. If the order has not been shipped, Land of Plenty will attempt to reverse the payment to the billed debit/credit card, deducting any transaction fees incurred by us during the purchase. Loponline reserves the right (where a reversal is not possible) not to refund but to transfer the received payment to store credit to be used for another purchase by you. Once an order has been shipped, a refund of any payment made may not be possible. We will exchange defective goods.

If you are located outside lagos- you will need to send goods back to LOP using DHL. You will need to contact LOP before return. LOP will notify DHL and then you will drop the goods of at a DHL office. Loponline will only be responsible for shipping charges if goods were wrongly delivered, damaged or incomplete.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by LOP quality control, returns that do not pass our quality check will be rejected.
